CUSTOM BLANKS

The 6'10" V and 8'0" F blanks are suitable for hand and computer shaping of most popular surfboards, including shortboards, miniguns, fishes and eggs.

CLOSE TOLERANCE BLANKS FOR HAND SHAPING
You can save a great deal of time and reduce costs by using blanks that closely match the final size and shape of your boards. Close tolerance blanks include the 5'9" RCT, 6'1" RCT, 6'3" RX, 6'4" RCT and 6'7" RCT pro models, the 7'0" RG, 7'0" AX, 7'7" RG and 8'1" RG gun blanks, and the 7'4" F and 7'8" F egg blanks.

For surfboards for big surfers, thicker and wider blanks are also available. These include the 6'9" AX and the 6'2" CX fish and multipurpose blanks.

ROCKER MODIFICATIONS
Overall, nose and/or tail rocker can be adjusted to meet your specifications, saving you shaping time.

CUSTOM ROCKER AND THICKNESS
Expert Composites & Blanks can exactly match your design templates, with no rocker pullback or hard outer skin to shape away. These custom blanks increase the accuracy of the shapes and require a minimum of shaping time—just as having your own shaping machine. Custom templates are kept confidential, available only for the shaper-designer.

Data and drawings are approximate. ECB manufactures surfboard blanks accurately, minimizing tolerances. ECB may introduce modifications in order to streamline production processes. Updates will be posted.
